About me

Hi! My name is Sam and I’ve been an online coach & personal trainer for over 6 years, helping people gain confidence while transforming their lifestyles and bodies.

All of my coaching practices are evidence-based and grounded in science. I not only help my clients reach their goals but also teach them the methods to maintain their results for the long term.

With a passion for wellness and years of experience in the fitness industry, I strive to help individuals implement sustainable healthy habits into their lives to improve their physical health and build their confidence.

I understand that each person has their own story, goals, and challenges, and I tailor my approach to suit individual needs. I am dedicated to guiding and supporting my clients on their unique fitness journeys.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
- Level 2 Award in Instructing Kettlebell Training Sessions

I am also working towards a Nutrition Certification through Precision Nutrition.

Delivered remotely with ongoing support, including 24/7 support through messaging as well as weekly check-ins and one-to-one calls to ensure you’re on track.

  • Personal Training

    Achieve your fitness goals with face-to-face training sessions personalised to your specific wants and needs. Whether you have strength targets, body goals, want to improve your mobility, or simply enhance your physical health, one-to-one training provides the full support you need to reach those goals.
