Are you ready to take the next step toward achieving your fitness goals?

As your Online Coach, I provide personalised guidance and support that fits your unique goals, schedule, and training preferences. We will work together to design a program that works for you, not the other way around. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your health and fitness, I've got you covered. 

My coaching is evidence-based and grounded in the latest scientific research. We'll focus on building healthy habits and breaking down the habits that are preventing you from reaching your goals. I will be there to motivate, guide, and teach you the proven methods I use to help my clients maintain their results long after they’ve reached them. With regular one-on-one contact, we'll adjust your program as necessary to ensure consistent progress.

Each week, we'll set and strive to achieve new goals, whether they're related to training, cardio, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep or even less tangible aspects like stress and happiness.

A gym membership is recommended but not required. Home training options are available.

What does Online Coaching include?

  • Custom training programs. Specifically tailored to you and your goals, designed with progression in mind (Available through an app, online, or in PDF form).

  • Dietary advice and guidance. You’ll learn methods to take control of your diet. How to plan complete meals, how to utilise mindful techniques, and how to form a healthy relationship with food.

  • Lifestyle advice and guidance. Together we'll work on building healthy habits that support your goals. As well as how we can increase your activity, improve sleep quality, and manage stress effectively to help you stay energised and focused.

  • Progress monitoring. Ensuring progress towards your goals. Adjusting/adapting the program when necessary.

  • Quick contact through WhatsApp Messenger. Any questions or thoughts can be shared and addressed quickly. Media can also be shared such as progress pictures or videos for exercise form checks.

  • 30-minute video or phone calls every week. We’ll have an open dialogue about your progress, thoughts, and feelings.

  • Accountability! I will be supporting and nudging you along the way to ensure you’re making progress towards your goals!

This way we can see if the service is right for you, or run through other options that may suit you better.

If I feel that my services will not benefit you, I will advise you on other methods that may be more suited to you, or I may refer you to another trainer.
