James
James came to me looking to lose weight and build muscle. He had never set foot in a gym, nor had he attempted any sort of diet.
When we started working together we got to work on building healthy habits to raise his activity levels as well as looking at where we could begin to improve his diet. We constructed a workout routine that he would enjoy and he followed the plan with incredible adherence.
He never cut out the foods he enjoyed and didn’t sacrifice meals out. He focused on making his meals more balanced and nutritious whilst controlling his portions.
Whilst building muscle and strength in the gym James managed to hit his weight loss goal of 30 lbs in just over 6 months. Not once did he feel his energy levels drop, or found his hunger to be overbearing. I’m incredibly proud of all the hard work he put in. His results are a testament to his efforts!
